I have been wondering about using a SGFC, but with bigger holes in it. Maybe 3/8 inch holes, so to increase FAE.

another harvest from this morning! I'm gonna have to start dehydrating these, as they are growing faster than I can eat em

You can send some to me to eat while I'm waiting for mine to colonize. Those are pretty boss.

So much butter. Just all the butter and herbs. Especially some rosemary. Drools.

Do you guys think lions mane would fare well with this method? Maybe if I substituted mulch for saw dust or something? I have several jars colonizing but I haven't decided what to do with them yet. This tek revived my hope for growing edibles after my decent oyster turn out.
