PLEASE HELP ON ID REQUEST! ACTIVE GYMNOPILUS SPECIES?
    #21742536 - 05/30/15 08:25 PM (8 years, 7 months ago)

I found them in my garden growing on a woodchip, it's hot and humid and There has been showers, the cap is about 1.5-2cm and the steam is roughly 1.2 cm.  it looks as if it was bruising a tent of greenish blue? The cap for sure started to turn a shade of green at the very edge of the cap. Do these contain psylocibin? And why are they so small? Like when I picked them they look dehydrated. And since they are in my garden on wood chips could I just keep watering them? Because it's consistently humid here and they were growing behind a couple of plants in the shade.

And can anyone identify this? These were growing in a pot under a small tree and some flowers. These are big and there's a lot of them.

These were found under a huge pine tree. Like right under it I had to crawl into it to take the picture.
Anyone know what they might be?

And these were found growing in my garden behind a couple of plants, the cap on these were more round. Can someone indentify?

Thank you.

No active Gymnopilus that I can see in any pictures and the pictures aren't very helpful for identification purposes.

The ones growing in the pot are Leucocoprinus birnbaumii.

Its definitely not Gymnopilus junonius

if it is Gymnopilus sp.  it would be Gymnopilus dilepsis

and as far as i know, and since you like caps, NOT ACTIVE.
