Looks too wet to me, but I'm largely inexperienced. Wait for someone with more knowledge to give you pointers

So the mycelial enzymes are bad for the substrate and a result of bacteria? Do you think my substrate is infected?

neglect it and give it more air by opening the top holes up more. and trying again next time, and yes infected spawn.

Def. Way too wet. Small droplets are fine but pools of water is bad. Soak up with paper towel. What is the temp 8n your room. I have found that higher temps lead to smaller maturing fruits. But this is just my opinion.

Could he tip it on it's side a little to pour the water off and maybe actually use a fan for a few hours?

I would hate to see anyone lose a nice pinset like that

I was thinking that, but idk. You may disturb the sub more than its worth.

Letting it dry with a fan would probably be best

First off, this is my first grow, I am experimenting with the moisture and other liquid nutes. Ill post pics when I get home from work but  it actually fruited early only in the corner where it was dry. The others are about 4 inches tall now and veils forming with nice bulby caps. I have great FAE I am keeping the pools for my own reasons (please don't question my methods, I am a creative person)  I have more "rmshroom poor man mono tubs coming soon"

Anyone who thinks the yellow stuff is bacteria is silly. don't worry it is sterile.

You want pooling then you don't? You ask for advise but don't want ppl questioning your methods? Seems legit lol

Yeah standing water is never good.

A. It cuts back on gas exchange.
B. It fosters bacterial growth, a lot of it.

If you want to use nutrients then you need some type of wicking or dunking system to get the liquid into the substrate and not just on the side. A slight layer of mist on the substrate is fine but never allow pools to form.
