I only run single coils really they're less of a pain in the ass than duals IMO and I usually build them down to like 0.2 or 0.3 ohms so they kick just fine by themselves
And I dunno these days I get more satisfaction just watching those monster clouds billow out of my mouth than I do from the feeling itself
I guess you could say I'm a cloud chaser but I like good flavor too
And nicotine has quite a few health benefits on its own
As for how much per hit it's hard to say I probably pump like 1-2mL into my dripper every time it starts to get dry and that'll last for like 10 hits

I dunno about health benefits but I know nicotine makes you function better mentally, It's a cognitive enhancer but I wouldn't call that health benefits.
Are there other benefits I'm not aware of?

Hmm. Maybe I overestimated 1/2ml per hit then.
At 45 watts right now on single coil mode I get 3-4 good billows of vapor on the Derringer. Keep in mind the juicewell is super tiny on it but either way, it's more likely 1/4ml per hit.

The MVP + Aerotank had a nice amount of vapor I'd say more than a cigarette could put out but the throat hit from 18mg juice really did it for me I needed that to get off the cigs
Now things are a little different though I run a dripper through a regulated box mod at 75-100 watts and blow enormous smooth delicious rainclouds that inspire shock and awe in any who have not seen such a thing before
Inversely however I dropped to 6mg e-juice so the amount of nicotine I get from vaping in a day is equal to about 2-3 cigarettes
+1 those cigalikes all suck ass and the egos aren't much better, although they are a step above.
MVP + Aero is good but I think there are better things now that I would recommend for noobs looking for a solid device, such as the Siegeli 30w + Subtank or Herakles

The Arctic tank looks like it's a good choice as well but I think the Atlantis V2 is the best bet right now for the price when it comes to tanks. All this is a matter of preference though.
Have you seen the new RBA sections and OCC vertical coil heads for the Subtanks? Kanger is a great company when it comes to listening to what their consumers want and fixing it quickly. They finally made the RBA less restrictive with both air & juice flow which was my only complaint with it.
The OCC heads were also made less restrictive, just in the juice channels I believe but the vertical coil also allows for more airflow. To top it all off their new Sub box mod kit is a perfect starter kit.

Heard some mixed reviews on the Arctic so not really sold on that one.. The Herakles though I've heard nothing but absolutely good reviews on it so I'm probably going with that one for a sub-ohm tank.

Indeed. Everyone I've spoken with that's gotten a Herakles recently loves it. When I upgraded from the Subtank Nano to the Mini the Herak was already out, but I really don't like the fact that you can only use the pre built coil heads so I passed on it even though they were the same price roughly.
If it had an RBA section it would blow every other RTA out of the water I think.

Anyone know if they make E-cig tanks to plug into a G-pen?
I don't care if it "sucks" considering an eGo was good enough for me.
I just smoke cigs whenever I nod out on opiates, or get drunk, or do stimulants so I'd like to cut those out too, but I don't want to have to invest in a e-cig considering it's cheaper to just buy a pack since I smoke like 2 cigs a month.

I don't see any reason why the Gpen battery wouldn't work on an eGo/eGo style tank.
It sucks that it doesn't list any specs on their website but in the pictures it looks like it has a recessed 510 threading. So you would need an eGo adapter which is only 1-2 dollars then you can screw in whatever eGo style tank you want in there.
The battery for the GPen looks like it might be a 1000maH battery, do you by any chance know the specs on it?

I found one.
I might buy it and let you guys know how it works.
Then again I still have a pack of smokes with two cigs smoked out of it, that's all. So I probably wont buy it, because I can't justify needing it, yet.

Most likely doesn't use the same style of connection then. Seems like it only works with the tank designed for it.
I have a 1000maH ego style pen (2.5ml tank) with pass through and variable voltage to 4.2volts I can part ways with for 15 bucks since that's what you're looking for. I only used it for a week and it's been in the box since.
PM me if you're interested in buying it.
Edit: And it's the whole starer kit. It has 3 extra atomizers, the Wall adapter and micro USB cable.

Considering an eGo, sells for like 20 dollars new, My offer to buy it would most likely be insulting to you. Hahaha.
You'd have to beat 12 bucks since that's what it would cost to turn my G pen into an E-cig.
but I think those atomizers for turning a G pen would burn out over time though, just like a regular G pen atomizer.

This thing is funky looking. It looks like there's no atomizer, or it's inside the chimney. Maybe I'm just too high, but I can't figure out how that tank would work. I wonder if it just heats up the chimney section until the juice vaporizes.

I don't even know how regular E-cigs work, so I couldn't tell you man.
It's got 11 Five star reviews though, I'm really doubting that websites integrity with that. No way that got that good of reviews.

Yea, I'm in no desperate need for $12. I was just trying to help you out if you wouldn't of found anything.
Can you really get a 1000mah/variable voltage starter kit for only $20? I paid 50 for it, but I got ripped off and hadn't done any research on vaping at the time.

Erhm.
No.
But you can buy just the battery for like 20 dollars. Lemme find a link. I was looking at picking another one up since I gave mine away after I quit smoking.
Yeah my offer for you would have been like 15 bucks just because it has the tank too so I didn't bother.
I'm not really interested in spending more than 20 on an e-cig just because I would never use it. I already only smoke like 2 cigs a month, I only smoke everytime I get REALLY muffed up, so if I could eliminate those 2 cigs as well I'd be stoked on that.
I found one cheaper, the first one I looked at was 22 and some change, this one is 13.50

Yea. The place I went to is called VaporFi. They are like a franchise if B&M's all over South Florida which apparently don't give a damn about their customers. It's just overpriced vape gear in really fancy packaging.
They wouldn't return my vape after 4 days and I can somewhat understand since I used it, but them assholes wouldn't even exchange it for juice which I would've been more than happy with. They said "the only thing you can exchange it for is an upgrade."
It's all good though, there's a few B&M's that opened up recently in the neighborhood and they've completely stolen away all their business. It won't be long until they go under.

Wow that's crazy, my local shop was super cool about everything. I've even returned bong slides and shit before.
They sell some no name tanks for like 5 bucks too, I think I might snag that ego battery for the 13 dollars and score one of those garbage tanks to go with it so I can just rock a ghetto ass pneumonia machine when I need to smoke.
