Just use the old twist and pull. If that doesn't work... http://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/21071408#21071408
Hope this helps

I don't have before and after pics sorry... but you can either twist and pull as previously stated, or cut them as close to the base as possible leaving the stump...when you are done harvesting and would like to dunk your sub, you can pull your poly out of your bottom holes and place dowel rods through them to hold your sub down. Then run tap water into your tub, leave it running very slowly so the water doesn't just stand...after about 4 hours drain and replace your poly... on a side note I'd wait until those veils begin to tear before harvesting those... congrats on your grow!!

I twist and pull sometimes but I like to slice with a knife other times, especially dense clusters if you try to twist those you risk taking up big chunks.

Use a razor blade. Twisting and pulling can disturb the substrate and destroy the mycelium network which could hinder growth in future flushes.
Sometimes you have to pull if the flush is a canopy
