PC time reduced. Is it ok?

Hey y'all I have a quick question for those experienced cultivators. I had a power outage about 75 minutes into pc'ing some millet. I have an electric stove. Will these jars be ok or should I toss them out and start over?

just re-cook them or give them a try. I would bet you're fine. on a large scale you might see your contamination rate jump up but for just a few jars I would probably try to wing it and hope the power never goes out during a run again.

You can just wait for your power to come back on and run them through the PC again. Or, hell, knock them up and see if it works if you're feeling daring. You're only 15 minutes short of the recommended 90.

I would have stuck a couple of sweaters or blankets over the PC to minimise heat loss, and keep it hot as long as possible.
