Pick one, smell it, and if it smell like fresh mushrooms, you're probably in the clear. Could be bruising from dehydration, or could trichoderma

It's not worth the risk if it is trich. You had a good flush. Just do it again with all the new knowledge you have. Don't get too experimental. Just master doing what you just did. And you did good!

Toss it outside. You might get something out of it after all.

Thanks for all the replies, I'm constantly reading as I'm still learning (long way to go), from the knowledge I gathered, it seems like aborts that are starting to mold? Could that be it? Thanks! I'll chuck it. I'm working on Rye Grain right now and from what it looks I can get MUCH larger yield as I can do G2G for 4 times and birth them all in tubs which the yield would probably be crazy. 1 Jar -> 10 Jars -> 100 Jars.
Now my question, is it possible to PC rye grain and dump them in a bed of colonized rye grain to increase yield(sounds like a lot less work than to colonized them in the jars first), or does that sound like contam heaven? Thanks for all the feedbacks! Oh, I'm just not comfortable with bulk sub as well as bulk sub is hard for me to have access to whereas organic rye grain is easily obtainable and doesn't look weird compare to having straws and coir and poo at home. Hope what I'm saying makes sense. Thanks!

So....A little update on my learning process... Everything went well with the previous tubs, but they eventually dried out... I did harvest a good amount from them but it was not what I expected sort of...
Now... second time... three rye jars inoculated with 10ml TC... on June 2nd, 19 days after... three monotubs started 18th, 19th, 20th... and a good amount of g2g that are waiting to be put into monotubs...
Thanks Shroomery and everyone here that helped! For all the beginners, take the time to read.
Oh... I think a good milestone I achieved was 0 contams so far, just need to wait and see if those jars will have contam though.
Just thought I'd post an update for all that's interested on how a noob's doing on this little project. Cheers!

So this is the first monotub, as you can see it has started fruiting, just wanted to see if anyone sees any problem with the tub. The picture is kind of cloudy because it was taken outside of the tub.
Also, when should I harvest? Should I harvest everything at once or harvest as they mature? Thank you so much for the input and help and suggestions!

So the holes are covered with felt silicone glued on magnets. The top holes are covered with one piece and the bottom holes are covered with two pieces. As I've read, it's optimal to see condensation clear up in a straight line manner from the top holes, which is what it is doing now. Condensation as you can see from the bottom holes are not clearing up which I assume is good. There's a fan running 24/7 in the room blowing air AWAY from the tubs. Please help! Thanks!

Take off 1 of the top holes completely for now. I usually have 1 hole or both open myself and I live in a dry climate. Also condensation isn't really needed nor necessary. I got a few tubs that always seem to have no condensation. I just poke my hand in to see if I feel a difference in humidity (which I always do)

Ok, I'll give that a try, any other suggestions? I have numerous tubs going and they're all healthy as far as I can see so I just want to know how to fruit them properly... When should I harvest them? Thanks so much for the advise and suggestions!

So...I notice some of the veils have broken... should I start harvesting them now or wait for the rest? The dilemma is majority of them are still in its baby stage (assumptions) and that they will all become much bigger, but I also don't want spores dropping all over them. Should I also try to get a second flush or better to chuck it and start a new one after first flush? Please help as I'm inexperienced with monotubs. Thank you for all the advise and suggestions!

Uneven flushes are very common, especially with MS.
I would carefully twist and pull out the mature mushrooms at the base of the stem, but be careful not to disturb the smaller mushrooms and don't damage the surface either.
Wait for the rest to finish maturing, then mist the surface heavily until soaking wet, but don't overdo it. Then fan it out for a couple of seconds. Re-adjust the polyfil if you'd like, and wait for a second flush!!

My first tub does not seem to look too healthy, even after removing the filter off one top hole. Does it still look like a FAE problem? I'm thinking of removing the second filter off the second top hole? Please help... thanks!

Holy shit that would have been an amazing pinset.
Yeah, you strangled them a little. I would harvest the black head ones (They're called aborts) and loosen the holes next time. Give that substrate a dunk.
Look up chiefs tribunal dunk tek.
Unless the black heads are just because of the pic but I see quite a few aborts in there. Your alternative is to let them all grow and then pick everything at once but up that FAE and give that tub a good mist.

Also, I noticed some of the stems are bruising, is that okay to let them grow assuming it's just FAE issue or are they indication of rot/bacteria or something not good? Thanks!
