How can I keep the temerature down if they are sitting in room temperature that is around 83?
When I inoculated the temp was around 60, and in a few weeks its jumped up.
I started a 4th batch (posted above) and those jars are wet on the side too?!?!

maybe a incubator would help? i've used to live in this really shitty house, where in winter my room temperature used to drop to 13~16 C. and it slowed colonization dramaticly. so i've build tub-in-tub incubator and it helped!

I mixed 2 cups of verm with 1 cup of water and mixed it in real good, then added the 1 cup brf.

Why is there condensation??? My room temp fluctuated from 76-83ish...but never above that so I'm not sure why the jars are becoming wet on the inside.
condensation is caused by a temperature difference from out side the jar compared with in side. the moisture condenses on the cooler glass... has nothing to do with the amount of water contained

you can set incubator's thermostat to lower temps than room temperature is.and incubate jars in it.
didn't tried it tho. just an option

It also never hurts to get feedback from his own specified thread... Everyone is hear for two reasons... To teach or to learn, even if you are one of the teacher's, some people need a little extra clarification and understanding before they completely comprehend a tek. Too many people around the internet are straight up trolls who sit and wait for someone to post something with a mistake and they all jump all over them... Lets not be shroomery trolls lollol
