Contamination problems....HELP!!!!!!

first grow......3rd attempt.
10 jars are almost 4 weeks in and today I noticed contamination. It looks like rat shit...and there is condensation inside the jars? I'm not sure how the jars got wet on the inside, but 7 out of the 10 jars have signs of mold.
Why is this so hard?!?!?!?
PF tek....directions to a T, stored in an open closet at room temp, 72-81 degrees
HELP?!?!?!?

The only jar without contamination looks like it started fruiting before colonization was complete.

yup.. all your jars are f-up that "rat shit" is bacteria IMO. and cause of it might be too wet substrate you made..
i think you need to do better at sterilization methods.molds can be from contaminated print or if you made syringe or even if you done it clean-but inoculated in open air and mold spores came in thru holes in lid ect.there is tons of ways to gget contams ,but only one to prevent it - really good sterile tech!
but do not worry- you will learn how to do it. 3rd- not last. just try again, toss contaminated jars and try improve sterility next time!

What was your sterile procedure from brf prep through inoculation. Maybe there is something you over looked.

PC for 90 minutes, let sit over night. Made a glove box and used rubber gloves and a long sleeve shirt. Sprayed the inside of the glove box and the area of my kitchen with 70% alcohol.
I made 1 quick transfer from the pc to the glove box. And removed the foil before knock up inside the glove box. After I was done innoculating I let them sit in the glove box for 4 or 5 minutes, then transferred into the original jar box and placed on a top shelf of an open closet.

That's what I was thinking also.
Do not use a glovebox. Use this http://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/20048771
lower your contamination rate with this. http://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/19208976
and speed up your colonization times with this. http://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/20429745/page/1

Flamed tip every 3rd jar after the first. And there is a 1/4 inch of dry Verm. Right at the start of the thread. Followed 2:1:1.

The inside of the jar became very wet with condensation but the temp never rose above 85 as far as I know.

Although new here, I've done my fair share of pf style jars.
Those 2 jars look to be toast. If I had to make an educated guess, I'd say a dirty syringe.
Some suggestions that might help you out.
1. Flame the tip between each and every jar. 2. 1/4" dry vermiculite layer isn't enough, especially if it's courser vermiculite. The original pf-tek called for a minimum of 1/2"-2/3" barrier on top. 3. Source wide mouth jars if possible instead of the tall skinny ones, they will usually colonize faster. 4. 85 is no bueno, especially if your jars are too wet. I always found keeping them between 70-75 worked best. 5. If you feel your jars are too wet, don't be afraid to cut back and or experiment a little bit on the amount of water. Try a mixing up a batch with 5%-10%-15% less water and compare, see what works best for you. 6. Don't forget to make sure you always wipe the rim before adding your dry vermiculite. 7. If in doubt, throw it out.
Don't give up dude, use another syringe and try again, you'll get it.

Is your incubation around 80, what is your water source, and are they kept out of the light while incubating?
your vermic looks a little dry in my opinion maybe try just a little more water in your tek. Either that or it is to wet and compact. also are you injecting in the middle or the outsides?

All injections were on the outside of glass. I only flamed every 3rd jar and the inoculation was done after the PC sat overnight. They are in an open closet with just basic natural nighting when it comes in the room.
My first grow stalled in an incubator so people on the board said to leave it in the open. In NE the weather went from 65 to 85 real fast so the 76-83 is room temperature.
