Does anyone know if longterm effects of frequent mushroom usage is increased or decreased serotonin being used in the brain.. and is this good or bad.

I don't think it has effect on the brains serotinine levels. You should use them with moderation, like any other drug.

As far as I know shrooms have no effect on serotonin long-term...

I don't know if they over-amplify each individual neuron.  A neuron basically fires, or is inhibited, or doesn't fire.  Its the chain of command that is affected, and I don't think those have an analogous mechanism.  But what do I know, i'm basically just blowing smoke out my ass  :grin:
