A friend of mine linked this video on Facebook last night, thought I'd share it here. I've never previously heard of this project of his (he's in like 50 different ones.)
Absolutely no idea what he's saying, but fuck. You just don't fuck with Mike Patton.
-------------------- A human being is part of a whole, called by us, the "Universe", a part limited in time and space. He experiences himself, his thoughts and feelings, as something separated from the rest, a kind of optical delusion of his consciousness. This delusion is a kind of prison for us, restricting us to our personal desires and to affection for a few persons nearest us. Our task must be to free ourselves from this prison by widening our circles of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature in its beauty.

Absolutely. Best voice in rock music by far. Especially in terms of how well it has sustained...he still sounds amazing.

I saw Fantomas live a while back, twice. I must say it was quite an experience
-------------------- "And we, inhabitants of the great coral of the Cosmos, believe the atom (which still we cannot see) to be full matter, whereas, it too, like everything else, is but an embroidery of voids in the Void, and we give the name of being, dense and even eternal, to that dance of inconsistencies, that infinite extension that is identified with absolute Nothingness and that spins from its own non-being the illusion of everything."
