Cakes have been in the sgfc which is properly built for 11 days. Temps between 70 - 80 with a healthy mist and fan schedule. All 7 cakes made from the same syringe are barely pinning with the exception of 1 that has what with prob. Amount to 2 grams dry. All have yet to flush at all yet some have bluing some have Ariel myc. Others Just look dormant. All had a extra week to consolidate as well.  Could It just be bad spores?

Sounds like an airflow problem. Its pretty unlikely that genetics is the root of none of them performing well as your looking at billions of spores in them jars. Even if the lineage was really degraded, there should be at least one producing.

I would ensure that the bottom holes have not been plugged with the perlite and be sure the chamber is raised and away from walls. Bluing suggests drying so poor airflow is going to mean no humidity.  Just to be safe double check the perlite is still moist as well. Without a pic we are just guessing but that is my guess.
