Dark spot on WBS

Should I dump this jar? I was about to start a monotub when I noticed this dark patch in my jar.

EDIT: I decided to leave it out. If someone can assure me it is nothing to worry about I'll add it although I still had enough for my monotub without this jar.

When in doubt toss it out. I'm not entirely sure if it's Bacteria or a mold but it's definitely not mycelium.

That whole jar is filled with bacteria. The spot is probably some metabolite build up.

Scrap it.  Review technique and try again.
