Where are my pins!?

Hi all, I am not new to this site and have successfully cultivated in the past but must admit my rust is showing through.
I am currently using rye grain technique cased in Turkey trays with 50/50 casing alkalized with calcium carbonate. I have a 6 shelf chamber, tall and skinny, with one tray per shelf. I tried to initiate pinning about 6 days ago. I have both an evaporative cool mist humidifier set for 15 min per hour and an ultra sonic that I turn on manually when humidity drops, just for a few minutes each time. I have also dropped the temp of my room from a solid 85+F during colonization to 70-75f to try to initiate pins. The casings showed 50% mycelium at this time.
The I think the problem came from my first use with the ultra sonic. I kept it on too long and had condensation build up on the mycelium. water stood in small droplets, the largest maybe dime sized. the droplets were gone within 24 hours but the mycelium is showing the signed of having gotten wet. Slight browning in small circles on the casing top. The casing are now fully colonized. Still no signs of pins. Humidity is being held around 90%, temp at 75F, lights on for 12 hrs per 24.
What should I expect? Am I being impatient and the pins are on there way? did the standing droplets and browning that occurred (covers maybe 25-30% of casing) ruin these cultures? Would recasing be like hitting a reset button?

85F is harmful temperatures for colonization. if I was above 81F I would turn the AC on immediately. Cubensis doesn't like 90+ % humidity it enjoys fluctuating humidity. 6 days is very impatient. sounds like all the guides and things you're following are straight out of the 80s or wrote down by some kid on the internet, I would disregard all of it and find some up to date info.

also if you're fucking around with a green house setup I would look up some greenhouse setups that have worked well before and follow in those footsteps

https://www.erowid.org/plants/mushrooms/mushrooms_mmgg.shtml#Culture I'm new to growing, but this tek is working for me even under the harshest conditions. I'm using the coke bottle method with the B+ strain. Hope this helps

cubensis grows even under the harshest conditions because it's the weed of mushrooms. people have had substrates fruit in the S bend of their toilets and in their trash cans but there's no toilet TEK out there. Erowid is a huge pile of shit and that guide was published in 1996. that guide can almost buy itself a beer.
you could easily do twice as well with the same amount of materials if you did some investment into researching better methods. a skill most 4th graders earn on that boring day they take you to the library. That guide is harsh conditions.
B+ is just a name, B Positive, not B plus. it's a variety not a strain. if you use spores each spore that meets another spore has a 25% chance of mating in cubensis. every two spores that are successful in mating create a strain. if you grow from spores you have 100s if not 1000s of strains in your single grow.

I've built out my chamber exactly like these GH teks u listed. Do u have any specifics on what u think I'm doing wrong? 100% of my info is coming from this very website and Paul stamet's cultivation book.

My admittedly rudimentary GH. Used a similar setup quite successfully with same rye and casing teks. This is a Walmart evaporative humidifier with a heap filter taped on for clean air exchange and an Air-o-Swiss Ulira sonic. Lay it on me.

Bod, Im glad your here. I need to know if I'm completely fucking up my shit.
Okay, I put a vent boot on my register that is just outside the closet/grow room. I then have the air duct connected to my green house facing up and towards the right (I keep the green house doors closed). I then have my humidifier on the second self in the left green house - Just directly in front of the path of the air duct.

I then made 6, 4 inch slits on the top right green house for air to come out.
Things I have observed: temps are being kept around 75F during the day and 70F at night. The air duct has been running at least 15 minuets, every hour. When the air is running, I can see my green house wall puff out because of being filled with air. My humidifier is currently running on high, for 30 min on then off cycle. My casings seem only needing misted once a day. No condensation in the green house except on the 2 racks, directly above the humidifier.
