First timer, could you please look at my pins?

I'm followed the pf tek for simple minds and now I'm mostly following the casing tek from that site as well. Mostly because the mix is more vermiculite than in their tek, because I could only get a small amount of peat and was worried about using other products because of fear of Trich that I have read about here and other place.
I'm happy to say it has worked! I have some pins and they are growing everyday. This is more exciting than I thought! I can't wait to check on them every day.
So now I will show you a picture. Can you see if there is some obvious thing I missing based on the pinset? Maybe I need more FAE? Or more water? I eat rice often so sometimes I am misting with water that I soak rice in (and then PC, it is sterile). I read about this at some place. Maybe it is good for nutrition.
Thank you all very much, this site is so helpful

Be patient, it will continue to pin over the next few days. Where are the holes in your tub? Oh and stop adding stuff to your spray water.

I will stop. It's not good thing? There are many opinions that conflict :/
There are holes, I think because I use the flash you can't see them.

Maybe but then where is the polyfil? Nutrient rich spray water turn vermiculite into a breeding ground for contaminants and it adds no extta benefits. All the nutrition that it needs should be in the colonized substrate.

I could not find the polyfill where I live (next time I will order some) so i am using micropore tape. I also read this, perhaps it is too wrong? Must it be polyfill?
also the top holes have no covering so that there is increased air flowing.

MP tape is very air restrictive and you cant adjust it like you can with poly. and dont add anything to your spray water it will only invite contams. fungifun is OK at best, follow www.mushroomvideos.com next time

I've got another question for you. I found some of the polyfill and it makes a difference. You can see that the pinset is not even. Some are big and some are small. They don't grow evenly. The 'oldest' one have long stems (I think this was FAE problem from before polyfill times). It's okay to harvest them at different times?
Also, things look better now or still I can improve somethings?

If you grew from spores then you are dealing with a few dozen different strains probably in that tub alone. Some will fruit faster than others. Pick individually as they are ready.
Get into agar so you can isolate a strain so the pinsets are even and consistent.
Good job on your first grow bro. Way better than I did when I started haha.

thank you for the nice words. I did grow from spores. Do you think the one on the middle-left is ready for the harvest? I can't see the veil so i don't know if it has broken, but the cap seems to be stretching out.

It's a good idea to pick as the veil is tearing, or right before. Those on the left look ready. Great job.
