It could be nitrogen deficiency. Try mixing some lawn clippings in with the soil.

Looks like bug damage. Spider mites or aphids maybe.
Check under the leaves. I'd be willing to bet that's the problem.

Just in case you're not familiar with spider mites/aphids (not saying you are), they're not always immediately noticeable.

Otherwise, :justdontknow:

Could be under watered as well.
Looks like it's in some strong sun, maybe relocate it to a shadier area and see if it perks up?
Typically MG's can take sun, but I've noticed mine can wilt during the heat of the day...perking back up in the evening.

Yeah looks like too much sun. Not all of the leaves are going bad it seems. It should be fine.

Don't fertilize morning glories at all, they don't need it whatsoever, and will produce all vine and very little to no flowers if you do so.

I had a buddy that fertilized the hell out of his after I told him not too,a few years back, and he didn't get a single bloom the whole season, but got a lush thicket of vines.

They also actually prefer poor soil,in encourages more blooms.

Here is a link discussing it.

Looks to me like its pot is restraining its growth and the leaves are dying off accordingly.

If that is the case im fucked and will have to try again with one seedling per pot but i Really dont think thats the case the roots should not be running out of room at this point... Anyway i threw some really fine lawn mower clippings in to the soil yesterday we have a mulching lawn mower so it wasnt to hard to get some lol they are looking alot better today the leaves lost alot of that yellowing the biggest plant probably grew a good inch or two (holy shit these things grow fast lol) so hopefully they will be a bit happier with some lawn mulch in the soil =)

I knew this lol the seed packs said do not fertilize haha but they did have some kinda deficancy so id rather keep the plant alive if i dont get flowers this year cuz i put mulch in em then thats fine there is always next year
