finally after alot of search i have found everything i need so i can move from PF tek to bulk.
gonna use: rye seed with manure(cow) in monotub.
i do have two questions: 1-the lid: make a 1/4" hole and fill it with polyfil and the inoculation point cover it with micropore tape after inoculating the jar...do i need anything else more than the poly and the tape? (note: i cant find tyvek!) 2-can i use stored manure from the agriculture store?

no micropore tape for grain jars. just a 1/4" hole stuffed with poly, inoculate through that or a silicone SHIP, or even better just crack the lid and inoc straight into the jar.
I've never used cow manure myself but people say its muddy so you should add at least 50% verm to it.

inoculation point? I dont get it.. port? you need a filter, pf tek jars uses dry verm and grain jars uses poly/sfd etc. you cant have an open unfiltered hole in the lid.
I suggest a 1/4" hole covered with poly/sfd and just crack the lid for inoculation.

yea sorry i mean port. lol
so it goes like this...1/4"inch hole stuffed with poly for GE then after preparation and PCing..etc..put them inside the SAB open the jar squirt 1cc from the syringe per jar and then close the jar! the syringe must not touche the jar...right?
and hows the cow manure bought from store?

2cc? no way! just a couple drops. even better start the culture on agar like pastywhytes easy agar tek and drop an agar wedge into the grain jars! otherwise pretty much yup!
IDk about bagged manure, probably needs to be sifted and maybe leeched some, why not just get a brick of coir? it doesnt care about pasteurization temps like manure does.

yea sorry just corrected it...keyboard mistake...1cc is enough.
and i cant find agar or coir in my country...it was hard finding rye and PC!! lol
can get different types of manures from stores. i have another question: if i dont have any other option but to get a fresh hpoo (readily available but i prefare another options) when should i start preparing it? the same day i inoculated my jars, before, after? does it take long to be dried and ready to pasturaize and used?

1cc is still pushing it IMO, again, a few drops is all you need.
try ebay for coir, or a pet store. I bought a bunch of bricks online from Spain, came in at about 1 GB £ pr brick including shipping. ebay/sponsors have agar as well, usually pre-mixed tho. dont you have any asian/thai stores/kiosks in your country?
fresh manure needs to be leeched preferably outside by rain and sun but you can also do it on a tarp in your garden. when it smells like dirt (nothing) its ready to be used.

yes coir comes in bricks. and loose. but I like the bricks! I googled bottmos, but google suggested bottoms and...well..lets just say I didn't find any coir or peat pics
but what you describe sounds like a brick of coco coir, yes. its often called reptile bedding too..

It came from sri lanka! And the vendor told me its made out of coco fibers but he said its peatmoss!! written on the cover bottmos Fertiliser...loool! but it looks like coirs i saw on this site. i think peatmoss doesnt come in bricks so it could be coir. and pet shops here know nothing about coir.

you can find bricks of peat too, seen some online but never IRL. peat moss made of coco just sounds wrong to me.. peat in sri lanka sounds really off too! maybe someone who actually knows will chime in, I'd probably buy it if it was the only thing available but..

melitt? you mean millet? if so I think its a good grain spawn but terrible as substrate. 1.5 kg is very little tho, wont last you more than a run or 2 in your pc.

Sweet list didnt know that you can use flaxseed before! And is this in the picture millet in the first place because other pictures here has whiter seeds! Or could it be that this one is unhulled?

I would not use chia seed or flaxseed for grain spawn.

If someone could get a weight of a brick for you then you could follow the tec, I do my bulk on the stove in oven bags which could also be your best option
