Hey guys, new here, I live in Auckland, New Zealand, and i found these today walking through my local bush/forest area, the habitat these were found in is very wet, with lots of rotting wood, and i believe i picked these off some rotting wood...
Here's some pics so you can tell me what you think:

Why yes they are. Psilocybe subaeruginosa.

Oh thanks! What exactly points it out? The blue on the sides of the cap and gills is what made me think they were...
Are you certain they aren't poisonous/toxic? Not denying your wisdom, I just want to be 100% sure before I eat them

Yup bruising is a confirming indicator, the stems also display bruising (the whole mushroom does). Other than that, it's just about familiarising yourself with the mushroom's characteristics, and soon you'll be able to recognise them much in the same way that you recognise anything else. There are better sources out there than me for learning the characteristics of this species Yes I'm 100% sure.

Be aware that not all blue staining mushrooms are psychadelic. If a mushroom bruises blue, has gills(rather than pores,etc..), and has a purplish-brown, or black spore print it is most likely active(also there are no known toxic mushrooms with these characteristics). There are psychadelic mushrooms that don't fit those criteria as well. But in any case, until you have plenty of identification experience and are very comfortable & confident with your ID skills you should post any mushrooms here for an ID before you consider eating them. Also there is no shame posting a mushroom you have questions about, no matter how much experience you have(it is not at all unheard of for someone with a TRUSTED IDENTIFIER badge to post ID requests).

Ahh well thank you guys, to get a spore print do I just pull the stem off and press the hat onto white paper? I found a few other mushies but they were slightly different colours so I didn't bother picking them... And on Wikipedia it says Psilocybe subaeruginosa is an 'extremely potent' psy shroom, how many (at a vague guess) would I need to eat before I start tripping? As you can guess I'm not too clued up about these so I appreciate all help you guys are giving me
