Australia - Vic identification,
    #21726553 - 05/26/15 09:03 PM (8 years, 8 months ago)

hello shroomery this is my first time making a post here and i must apologize preemptively for how offensive and brash i am with this thread, but i would really like ID to see if these are active and not poisonous

Habitat:
I found these two sorts of mushrooms on the ground among dead leaves/mulch in Australia - victoria
Gills:
Rusty red / brown,

Caps: some caps are convex and some are slightly flat with a bump in the center.

As you can seen with the pictures i found a fair bit of dusty / dark orange coloured mushrooms and some white ones, i believe the orange ones to be part of the Gymnopilus family, but i have no fucking clue and i dont want to kill myself testing if there active

In the last picture the mushrooms sitting on the cd case (the beach boys cd) are different to the orange mushrooms

You have some Cortinarius and Pluteus. They are not active nor anything you should eat.
