i found 7 p. pelliculosa on the oregon coast range a few days ago, ive searched hard ever since and only found 2 more. they were found on a steep bank of a logging road in the oregon coastal range. i saw a chantrelle up on the bank and on my way to retrieve it i saw a few little viscid caps. i figured there should be alot more in that area but i found only 2 more. i even searched a nearby clearcut and looked around alders of all ages

Please, we need m pictures. There are many mycenas and psathyre,llas which macroscopically s look similar to P. pelliculosa.

mj Thery are exttremely rare outside of clear cuts, yet sometimes colonies fruit in alder beds, but rare.
