Breakfast time?help with identification

Habitat: growing on live coniferous roots next to/in alpaca pasture eastern Washingtond Where does it grow? Eg. woods, pasture, state, province, country, altitude, etc. What does it grow on? Eg. soil, dung, wood (dead, living, what kind of wood?), etc.
Gills: not attached to stem no pores Color, attached/not, gills/pores, etc.
big guy's stem
Stem:2/3 inches long, 1 inch diameter mostly solid, white with a little yellow pigment, slightly cracked Length, diameter, color, texture, hollow/solid, thin/thick, etc.
Cap:1-8 inches diameter depending on maturity white&tan rough slightly cracked, spherical, concave Diameter, color, texture, conical/spherical, convex/concave, etc.
Spore print color: dark brown/black Bruising:none Color that the mushroom bruises, if any.
baby guy Other information: smells like store bought mushroom. Tastes the same. I only tried it because two other people did a week earlier and are fine if these are edibles how can I grow them here under my pine tree on the other side of town? like a half mile away
Scent of the mushroom, anything else you think is important, large close-up pictures showing stem, cap and gills.

ok, few questions,
what did you find it on... you list a bunch of stuff that looks like someone elses list.
does it have gills? i cant see the bottom of the cap.
did you try taking a spore print?
were all the caps so small?

was growing on the root system of a pine tree(not sure what kind) those are the ID list examples.. it has gills that made a very dark brown/black spore print. the cap has been in a paper bowl sealed in a ziplock in the fridge over night so it might be bad for identification but it has adnexed gills

Calocybe gambosa is a possible guess, google it. horse mushrooms field mushrooms and feiry rings usually grow in grass partial sun...not under pine.... but look like possibilities (i still havent seen the gills)
how thick is the 6 inch cap?

yeah i found one book which wasnt helpful but my good guide is mia. most of the large white edibles are found around cow pastures. but if people ate them and were fine theres many things that it could be (i wouldnt eat it until it was fully identified)... and i'll keep looking for my guide book.
if you get a chance upload a picure of the underside of the cap and a full mature mushroom.

if its available, take a photo of the spot you are grabbing them from.
seeing a whole mushie will help me a bit, i do have a photo book, its not as good as the field guide.
and the site i posted is better than both...but sadly down.

thats a pretty good guess except that people ate them and didnt get diarrhea which makes the id of any amanita kinda iffy. was my line of thinking at least.

on the other side of things amanita double loved the pine trees.
but usually to not have amanitas make you sick you gotta sun dry them and soak em... and you still get sick
i mean.... i dont think anyone frys them up in butter and doesnt think they were poisonous.

I went over to a buddy bob's house and I saw them and he said mike started eating them the other day saying they were good then phil ate some when he saw mike doing it. I took a bunch of pictures when i was over there but i couldn't figure out how to get them from my images to shroomery they only give me the option to take a new picture. they were moslty on an alpacca pasture. I have pics on my galaxy s3 but I can't get them uploaded

ok on a pasture, its probably either field mushroom... faerie ring... (usually in a circle)... st georges is more likely if its on the edge of the field... same with horse mushroom...
thats IF they are the same and IF they arent getting sick.
but i'd still like to see WHOLE mushroom and environment photos etc.

If the spore print is brown, it is definitely not an Amanita. My guess would be that it's probably an edible Agaricus species.

There are many species of very similar looking Agaricus species, none of them will kill you, but some will make you very sick and it is common for more than one species to grow in a single "patch". Tell your friends who ate these to stop being morons, also none of them should assume that any similar looking mushrooms are these same ones, even if they are growing in the same place. Identification is one of the main reason sites like this exist, always get a positive ID, preferably from someone with a "TI" badge like Tane Mahuta and I have.
