Any Australians Here Who Can Give Tips for Foreigners on a Holiday Work Visa?

So it's always been my dream to go back to Australia and work there again. I'm almost at the age where I'll no longer be eligible for the Holiday Work Visa in less than a couple of years. So I want to take advantage of it while I still can.
I am fluent in Japanese, and my friend who wants to come with me is fluent in Spanish, so we both were thinking that we could do something with teaching or with the tourism/hotel industry.
My question is, are there tourism companies that specifically hire foreigners and pay for their flights and help with room and board accommodation and everything? I know that is the case for Japan and Korea who hire English teachers, they pay for their flights and room and board and everything.
Because we both have tons of bills to pay, I just don't think we are in the position to save up enough money for a $1500 flight AND 3 months' worth of rent and food accommodations while we both search for jobs there that may or may not come.
So, are there companies that specifically hire foreigners BEFORE they even enter the country, so at least we can secure a job immediately once we're there?

Just move there and worry about the details later. From what i gather your a carefree fun loving gal living in a real life rom com, and somehow everything seems to work out for you in the end. Just eat pray and love and all that shit. Seems like its worked out pretty well for you before.

I'm not real knowledgeable about the whole scene but I know that Cairns is very foreigner orientated, it's the backpacker hotspot of the country, I'm sure you'd be able to find something there, possibly even working on the reef if things went your way. Even if you get your RSA/RCG and get some work in a bar I'm sure you'd have a blast, there are plenty of opportunities.

I had this azn girl come past my house offering free eco friendly light bulbs. I had her switch them and got talking to her while she was working and she said she came from Korea and had a holiday Visa because of it.
But yea, you can change my light bulbs and I'll shout you afterwards

What about backpacking visa's in Europe, does anybody know about those? The kind where you are allowed in the country for over 90 days and also allows you to work while there.

I wouldn't worry about job straight away cause the purpose of WHV is holiday and some money gathering for your expenses. So get your visa, some money to survive in the beginning and look for job once you are there.

I'd imagine it's quite difficult to get a job secured in oz before actually moving there. Finding a job there isn't all that difficult for someone with a go-get attitude like yourself. You just need to be little lenient about what you are willing to do. Going there and getting your dream job right away hardly ever happens.
You don't always have to pay for your rent. There are a lot of hostels where you can work few hours a day doing chores in exchange for free accommodation. The rest of the day you can search for a job. Then there is always couch-surfing. You can find lots of groups for different areas on facebook. In the end it all boils down to your own attitude, the possibilities are endless in OZ.
And if finding a proper job fails you can always go work for a while at some farm. It is not as bad as it sounds, unless the work is picking onions or some other veggies off the ground. And depending on your contract type you can earn a lot of money at farms if you're willing to put in the effort. The most I've ever earned in a day was a bit over 400 dollars just for 8 hours work.
I've still got half a year left on my second year visa, I'm thinking about returning to australia in september, grind a few months in a apple farm and then go get lost in asia..

Not often, if at all, anymore. Competition is so stiff in the TESOL industries it's hard to get hired in those countries without already being there.
