Lemon is good, add some ginger if you like it/get nauseous, don't let them boil too hard and I would chop them immediately before you put them in the water. Get more goodies out in my experience.

I'd use a crock pot for that much material. Use a tablespoon of vinegar and enough water to cover your chopped mushrooms. Cook on low for 8 hours. Filter through a t-shirt. Reduce on the stove till you get it down to the amount you want.
Flavor with honey and store in the freezer long term or fridge short term.

Well its done 1200 grams wet. Chopped up finely. Brought water to a boil turned down heat and simmered for 20 min. Poured that into a bucket strained with door screen to gt my mushies back. Then let them soak in 32 oz of lemon juice for 30 min. Strained that with screen and poured in my bucket. I then strained the contents of my bucket twice through panty hose to gt the grit out. What was left was 3/4 gal of dark liquid.. I took a cup of water and run through my coffee pot twice over 4 family sized tea bags. Poured 2 cups sugar in that and stirred til dissolved and 2 big squeezes of honey. Mixed well poured in my gal jug an that's that. It was full so I poured a Lil off into a bottle capped and shook the gal Poured into 8 16.9 fl oz water bottles. Froze 6 and going to a friends with 2. What's everyone think? Probably botched but I'll let yu guys know.

if my math is right that's a 1/4 sac dry you guys just downed. hope you just split one.
Looks like each bottle contains at least a 1/2

OK so we downed 8 fl oz a piece. 5 min later onset had started and anxiety was felt. We chilled and talked in a dark house for a few and my wife said look. Blue lights in the window. So after an hour or so first lights I see are blue lights. I got up and looked and state troopers had my friends cousin pulled over in the yard. Memorial day road blocks. He was coming home from work and road block was just up the road from his driveway. So all that went away and we put in Rio for my kid in another room and we watched paid in full. Recommend this movie to anyone trapping or that just takes life for granted. Focus on family before its too late. Anyway all I could think about was my wife kid and her being pregnant and how I've been making ends meet. I'm out : o /. Still keeping my flow hood and stuff cause I'm thinking about flipping edibles eventually. In between brain storming all of that shit I kept rolling listening to Rio. Def a trip cartoon lol. Anyway sorry so long. Was an awesome experience. Again thanks shroomery

Only reason I used 32 oz was because I wanted to cover the material and let it soak.
