Is this bacteria? Wet spots around grain?

So, I've already spawned most of my jars, but there a few left due to late colonization. The mycelium looks healthy, except the condensation on the inside. There are also individual seeds that have a tiny ring of water around them, which I'm fairly certain that this is bacteria.
I probably shouldn't have done this, but I turned on a small space heater in the closet to keep the top of the room at 78f. This helps the mycelium grow faster and yes, I realize it causes "other" things to grow faster as well. If the condensation is negative attribute, then I won't heat the room anymore.
I would like to know if these jars still have a chance at fruiting once I spawn them to my 50/50 coir/verm sub @ 1:3 ratio. The last pic is of my faster colonizing myc. Unfortunately it JUST started showing the water ring around the seeds when I heated the room. However, I've been heating the room for the entire time of colonization and it showed up this morning.

They look pretty normal to me actually but your grain does look a bit wet. I think it would be ok to shake them up if growth has stalled and let them regroup again but if you can see they are growing in to those spots at all it might be better to leave them.
Maybe next time try letting your grain sit in the strainer for a few extra minutes.
Also, with birdseed I used to have a nifty contraption that would sift the millet out and leave almost all of the sunflower and sticks. Just a small plastic tub I drilled a ton of 1/8" holes in and shaked the grain through. Really not needed but does give you cleaner grain in the end.

Thanks for the input. However, I dry my grains out probably more than anyone on this site. I strain, let the steam come off of the seeds and then lay them all on towels overnight with a fan so that the outside of the seeds are completely dry.
Also, this wet look just happened yesterday morning with condensation. I had a heater on the day before for an hour or so and it got pretty warm in the closet, then i had all of the condensation. So, the drops and the water rings are new. They were not there for the week they colonized.

I'm just curious, Milk Man. Have you been at this hobby long? It doesn't say if you've had an account on TS before. I appreciate the help, I just want to make sure it's coming from someone who's had at least more than my 2 years experience. Like I said, thanks for the reply.
