You should also be aware that PCs generally are set to work at 15 PSI. So if find one without a monitor/adjustment, you can pretty safely assume it will be 15. Just means you wont be able to work at other pressures (Which is really isn't that often for general purposes)

Please reconsider using a pc/autoclave for anything "sterilizing" media.
Pc'ing is not meant to sterilize.
It kills the organisms in the media but the spores of many bacteria are simply unaffectef by pc'ing at 15 psi.
Commercial growers that use an autoclave/pc will 'sterilize' their media for 24 hours.
Their process destroys the nutrient profile of the media!
It's almost like people are allergic to nutrients. Whether it's the food they eat or the media they use for their mushrooms, they opt for the lowest quality substance they can get.
No wonder so many growers use coir. Which is basically wood fiber with less nutrients.
You will get less chance of contamination with a lower nutrient media especially if you are using dung to grow on.
However, it is not a necessity to pressure cook the media. It isnt even beneficial or an improvement over steaming.
The reason you can steam rice flour is because it is flour.
It is easily hydrated and hence more spores germinate in the media before you pasteurize it.
This works but pasteurization is outdated. The only reason the food industry still uses this method of food preservation is for economic reasons.
Time is money.
But for a hobbyist, efficiency is money.
A better technique to clean the media is to heat the media once a day to about 180f over the course of a week.
Yes, what i am saying is revolutionary. But this is the generation of revolutions.
If you listen to how the majority do anything, you will fall from heaven in to hell.

no one sterilizes media for 24 hours, only substrates in a low/no pressure steam environment are done like that not media like agar or broths and those are plenty sterile at 15psi. Same exact techniques used in labs all across the world for all kinds of agar works not just mushrooms. Even tools used in surgeries. Your ideas don't really hold up to the real world.

I'd like to throw all of your posts in a pressure cooker at 15psi
