Have you considered looking on the interweb? Doesn't have to be the biggest just has to fit Whatever you plan to pc. if height is an issue could go with bags instead of jars.

I use an 8 liter presto currently for all my grows and I can do bulk quite fine. My PC will fit 3 quart jars, which is good for 1 monotub. I'm gonna try and save up to get an AA pressure cooker in a few months to make it a lot easier though.
But a smaller PC is fine, it'll just take longer to do a huge amount of jars that a large one could do much faster.

I use 2 8Ls (got them for free) and I do bulk.. I just pc for 2 hours, let the pressure dissipate then transfer them to the still air box to cool. Then load up more jars and go some more. I can definitely pc 30+ jars in 1 day doing this

So 13 litre wouldnt affect the final result but it will take more time! Right?

A presto 6 quart is too short for quart jars, so I wouldn't really suggest the use of that one. But no, the size of the pc wouldn't effect the end result. If anything it'll just make it take longer. You just need one that will fit with your basic needs.

I'm not familiar with the brand but all you need is one that you can fit things into and one that holds pressure. If it doesn't hit 15 psi just add more time or if you educate yourself enough modifications can be made to obtain higher pressure safely.

anything that 1) has some form of pressure regulator / guage
that can fit 1 wide mouth qt jar, will do.
beyond that the larger you go the more time you save.

shrug use what you like, my point is, you can use tiny cookers if you want to reload them every 2 hours.
