I was just messing around, but yea, he was an amazing chef at one time. Probably still would be if he was still working in a kitchen. I believe he was the youngest person at the time to ever earn a Michelin star for his restaurant when he was in his 30's. Michelin star is the most prestigious, worldwide award you can receive in the industry.
Unfortunately over the last 10-15 years he's just been doing shit, scripted reality TV and opening restaurant after restaurant and making money by slapping his name on there. The food isn't necessarily good at all the places as you mentioned, I've heard some are, but it has nothing to do with him besides his financial investment. His burger place in Vegas I heard has some dank fucking burgers and I'd check it out if I was in the area.

Yeah I know man. That's some interesting info about him I didn't know, thanks
I have respect for the guy even though I think he's a bit of a sell out.
He's inspired a lot of people I can say that for sure.

Oh that's right, I forgot you live in the area. I was going strictly from a random youtube review I saw last year.
They made it sound and look like it was the most delicious thing they ever ate in their lives. Then again, how good can a burger really be? It's a fucking cheeseburger lol. I'd imagine the place must be very overpriced. Anything with his name on it is gonna be overpriced I would imagine.
I'm not a fan of going to restaurants where the "Chef's" name is in the title, because obviously that's just a form of marketing and not directly related to the food.
I have to give it up to Ramsey for being damn genius though when it comes to promoting his brand and his persona. It's what he does best and its' made him rich.

Supper.
Same, but at least it made me revisit an old fave.
Oh shit. I'm going to be moved to tears at just past 8 in the morning.

Op. A bowel of cornflakes is my usual last meal of the day.

You should go for 'P' soup.
