My Teeth Are Shifting In Real Time, What Should I Do?

This problem is hard for me to even explain, but my bite recently became misaligned and i didn't know it I guess. But now my teeth are shifting and it's changing everything from the way i eat to the way i spit. Literally right now I feel pressure on random parts of my face, especially my nose. When i press in one one side of my nose i can feel pain on that side from the tooth that is shifting the most. I don't have insurance or really the money for a dentist, what do I do?

Well, if you're teeth are really moving that far then I'd imagine you'll have one fall out soon enough not much you can do once you lose 'em, get some fake ones I guess. Especially over the internet, I don't know what you expect us to do, but I'd like to see a closeup of both the front of your teeth clenched, as well as several close up shots from inside your mouth and maybe a video of the teeth moving, only then I can give you advice
You're not perchance taking any stimulants are you? adderall, meth, coffee, bath salts?

actually yes, in the last couple days i got my vyvanse/adderall script.
and i think this is what's causing it.
i broke a wisdom tooth aa while back and can no longer bite down properly like i used to (amphetamines make you clench)
so now i think i'm puttng pressure in my mouth in weird ways..
but still it souldn't literally just shift when i'm laying down like that
many people do way higher doses than me

Yeah but even low doses of stimulants can cause delusions and worsen OCD symptoms in people who suffer from things like that. There's nothing wrong with that really. I have to completely avoid most stims because it gives me horrible anxiety and insomnia. I think what is happening is that you're becoming a speed freak, and grinding your teeth, and obsessing about grinding your teeth, trying to fix that by applying pressure and grinding some more, and probably your mouth is too dry too.

you're probably at least partly right, but i can literally see and feel the shiftin gteeth,
i was laying down one second and then just felt it push in. and it's weirdly connected to my nose as well.

That's a good sized dose. I think it's amphetamine paranoia and you should first see your doctor and then see a dentist.

so to you, the fact that i took a therapeutic dose 10-12 hours ago means what literally is happening to me right now is in not happening.
I just imagined my lateral incisor being pushed in a milimeter, because of 60 mg of vyvanse. Even though this has never happened to me before on this dose?

Here's my diagnosis. You dislocated you jaw while you were suckling dick. My suggestion is you take a hammer and hit the left side of your jaw with the force of 5gs per second per square inch.
But seriously who in the hell did you think you were asking haha!

D
E
N
T
I
S
T because: you might have gum disease, or some other issue going on in your teeth or gums beyond just normal decay or grinding or amphetmine psychosis. If you cant afford the work, at least pay for the main checkup and see options. You might just be better of getting a ton of teeth pulled if they could possibly wreck a larger area.
Then:
D
O
C
T
O
R
because: its possible you are having amphetmine psychosis and your teeth might really be fine. Part of what makes it so bad is that it IS completely real to you. Now since your taking adderall, and I assume not smoking it, it doesnt directly cause tooth issues, but grinding your teeth awake or asleep def causes LOTS of problems. I've cracked 2 teeth from grinding in my sleep (no stimulants involved even) which then caused an infection which then killed 2 other teeth nearby so they eventually cracked. Its been super expensive and anightmare to get fixed after the fact. But back tot he doctor. Tell him whats going on, he might have some alternative reasons for whats going on, hormones can cause teeth problems for example. And some recomendations for you. He also can help rule out that your adderall is or is not the culprit.
Shroomery gives terrible medical advice, see a specialist.

Yeah, there are numerous things like tht here in metro phoenix, but because we have soooooooo maaannnnyyy (poor/illegals/cheapskates/collegekids/etc) they usually have set days they do it on, like an event. You have to show up usually at 3am to start lining up when it opens at like 10 to make sure you get seen.
I'm pretty sure all bigger cities have some equivilant like it also.

If you can feel it in your nose there probably is something going on. When I did invisalign those janks would crank on my front teeth triggering up in behind my nose and give me sneezing fits. The roots go pretty deep. I'd do like they said and call around to find a dentist that will X-ray you today.
How's your gum line?
Ahh, shit. I just realized it's Saturday.

Yea you might want to schedule a check up, you dont want that bacteria getting up along the roots. Check ups are always good anyways and aren't too bad on the wallet. I got x rays for free once because I explained to them I was tight on cash, they hooked me up, so you could try explaining to them what the deal is if you're wallet's a little thin.
