Found these in the yard, and they keep popping up, are they dangerous? I hope this is the right forum.

Fill this template out. it can be very difficult for people to tell you what these are with minor info. http://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/5731447

You're definitely in the right forum

They look to be Panaeolus cinctulus(psychoactive), but they could be Panaeolus /Panaeolina foenisecii(maybe mildly poisonous, there is alot of competing info but they are far from dangerous either way). You can determine which by making a spore print. If it is jet black they are Panaeolus cinctulus, if only nearly black or very dark Brown then they are Pan. foenisecii

That's very helpful and insightful. I was pretty sure that was the print color difference.
i have been seeing TONS of what I believe to possibly be Pan.Cincts in my yard. I've never tried collecting them before because I have a good steady flow of pan.cyans and p.cubensis here, but I am curious to try them out sometime if they are indeed pan.cincts
