Off-white/greyish mold, possibly Cobweb

My Incubation chamber: 1: 1 5000K CFL bulb set to 4hr/day on/off timer 2: Rye berries (used for cloning) with 2/5 jars contaminated from g2g cloning, (3/5 successfully cloned) 3: 7 healthy jars remaining with no discoloration or abnormalties, pure white color (closest color I can relate the healthy ones with is White-Out)
After reading more thoroughly over a contamination article, one kind had me worried, Cobweb. So, all my jars are growing at about the same rate, but one jar seemed to have an explosive growth rate covering the entire jar overnight. I immediately removed it from my incubation chamber. I was almost certain it was contaminated because it didn't quite resemble the other jars as much. When I removed the metal jar ring from the top of the jar, I noticed very tiny black specs in it. I promptly dumped the jar and washed the jar with bleach. I went on to very closely inspect the rest of my jars and I found another, this one was a bit more noticeable than the first, but I wouldn't have known about it had I not had my doubts about the first jar. It would be nice if anyone knows what this type is, but regardless, I hope that these pics of my second contaminated jar can show new growers what CAN happen if proper precautions aren't taken with sterilization...as I am new to growing mushrooms myself.

%100 %75 cobweb/%25 black mold
The black shit I'm not sure what kind of mold it is but it's not good for buisiness.

Thank you for the quick reply, it makes me feel a bit more experienced, (if only ever so slightly), in diagnosing, so I know what to watch for and expect next time. I'll definitely be a lot more cautious on my next grows with sterilization, probably even do agar as well. The color difference was kinda hard to spot, but I suspected something was wrong with the first jar I saw like this based on it's unusual stringy and fast growth. Both jars had the black specs amongst the stringy cotton mold, my guess is it was the spores...but I'm no expert.

It almost looks like the lid imo based off the black shit around the rim. Can we see how you do your lids? Mycelium is dense. You can't really see through it like you can with wispy cobweb. Mycelium also takes a while to grow whereas cobby probably did that within 48 hours.

Lids were just turned upside down and lightly screwed down, no holes. Although I'm sure polyfill and tyvek would allow more air flow without contamination, I had neither. Also, I didn't use a glove box. I only put them inside a sterile tote.....I could continue about what I know wasn't done right, but it would add more insult to my current shroom injuries. Many of my methods were unorthodox, so I'm sure the lids weren't the direct cause.

Lids on loose and no holes? That's recipe for disaster my friend. As the inside of the jar condensates, the condensation also works it's way through the threads of the jar reaching all the way to the open air and acts as a huge contamination wick pulling everything that comes in contact with it into the jar

just punch/drill a hole and rip apart a pillow if you can't get polyfil. I bet you have a pillow. It's the same shit. Preferably you should get synthetic filter discs.. pack of 10 for 10$ and you can make 100 lids with it
