hello guys
i obtained 60 kilograms of commercial agaricus substrate with spawn in it.the ratio in commercial farms is 1:100.I tried to seperate most of the spawn but some is still left in it.Then i inoculated the substrate with 7 kilos of cubes spawn.the ratio is 1:10.I wanted to know can the remaining agaricus spawn cause any problems in colonizing and fruiting stage
thanks

Why though? I would imagine Agaricus substrate is like compost?
You could get away with spawning to pasteurized compost maybe?
But not pasteurizing and mixing two different myceliums is stupid.
Stick to pasteurized H/Poo and straw or peat and vermiculite for cubes.
how'd it turn out?

I like this idea. I have bought compost from a local grower before. The stuff worked great. But he charged way to much. Like thirty bucks for a cubic foot
-------------------- Stop experimenting half way through your first grow. Grow it to maturity, watch it, learn from it. Do this a few times then experiment with different ideas and figure out what works best for you.
