Dude, they need alot more fae, more holes and slightly bigger holes will help tremendously. And if those cakes are sitting on the perlite, get em on some foil squares or jar lids, the perlite will pull moisture from the cakes

I used a 1/4" countersink drill bit in a small, not-very-powerful dremel and that worked beautifully (except for having to carve off the plastic wrapped around the bit every few minutes).
I've just harvested my first grow and my (noob) tips would be:
Drill more holes Sit the cakes on foil Remember to fan and spray three times a day Keep them warm
Good luck buddy! I'll be munching my way to my first home-grown trip tonight, do things right and you'll be doing the same in no time at all!

What is telling you that they need more FAE? This is not me disagreeing, just trying to learn how to read the signs.

From my experience, when the caps on the pins stay the same size as the stipe and grow long and skinny they are putting more effort into searching for better conditions, in this case fresh air. A healthy pin in correct conditions should be fatter at the base and taper in up to just under the cap and the cap should dome out as it grows. And by just looking at the tub build, even without any fruits, pins or even cakes inside it you can tell that there is going to be an fae issue

Those temps are fine, fresh air and moisture are most important during fruiting
