growing two different strain types in one substrate

I added 1.5 qts of b+ and burma. Mu question is does on type take over or am I going to have 2 different kinds growing

Probably.  All the mycelium at that point is dikarotic. There may be some concert fruiting or anastomosis but given that both are classic varieties the impact will be low. They are all cubes anyway,  I doubt you will see any difference from a normal ms grow.
