Amanita muscaria ID Request - Mornington Peninsula

Hello,
I think what I have here is Amanita muscaria. If a couple of people could confirm it that would be terrific!
#1

Habitat: The mushrooms are growing in grass beneath pine trees and Silver Birch.
Gills: I didn't get a particularly detailed look at them because I was in a hurry, but the gills appeared to be a creamy white in colour, evenly spaced and free.
Stem: The stem is 3-5cm wide, 10-15cm tall and white in colour. The specimen I pulled out of the ground had the characteristic bulbous volva and remnents of the universal veil at a few points of the stem.
Cap: The younger specimens are convex and the older are totally flat or slightly concave. They are a slightly shiny red with white spots.
I don't have a spore print for this mushroom but from what I have read, we should be able to make an ID for A. muscaria without it. Is this okay? Let me know if it's necessary.
#2 Also, I noticed a bunch of these growing in tanbark at the base of an Elm tree. Does anybody know what they are?
Habitat: Tanbark. They were growing right up next to the tree trunk.
Stem: <1cm wide and hollow. Opaque-ish white, fibrous and a bit stringy in composition. Approximately 5-10cm tall.

Gills: Evenly spaced, dark brownish black.

Cap: Convex shape with tiny ridges radiating away from the centre. Creamy white with a darkening centre.

Spore print: Very black and solid colour.

Thanks!

That's very interesting.
I have seen them around a few times. These ones are growing only a few kilometres from Melbourne CBD!
Thanks for the ID everyone.
