probably not enough moisture at the surface!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Also you should consider using thing foil or black plastic in your tub so that as the substrate shrinks the foil/plastic sticks to the sides leaving no room for pins!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Also WTF is wrong with you?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Haha sorry guys wrote this high as fuck and i use the flowering term because I used to grow weed I moved to mushrooms because there way more low key to grow. So its a moisture issue I thought that maybe the casing was to acid or basic.

Those were just my guesses. What is your substrate? What is your casing layer? Any pictures?
More info I have the better I can help.
Also, was only teasing no worries

We say "fruiting"
I see you didnt use a liner in the tray. Next time, line your tray with plastic. I prefer clear plastic drop cloth, 3 dollar roll at hardware store. Buy a thick one 2-3 mil, it will shrink with the substrate.
If you are getting pins on the side or bottom it is because the microclimate betwern the substrate and tray is more favorable pinning comditions than the surface. Using a good liner and improving surface comditions should solve this "problem".
