Pics of first bulk grow. Just moved trays to fruiting chambers. Does this look ok?

First time growing bulk. Just moved trays into fruiting chamber (shotgun) and would appreciate your feedback.
I am not sure about the lumpy stuff or the slightly yellow stuff. Is this normal looking or is there contamination already? I think I moved the trays into the tubs too early.
Not trying to reinvent the wheel: Substrate 80% coir, 10% coffee grounds, 10% gypsum, all pasteurized. Not using a casing. Spawned with rye grains.
Thanks.

Over all they look just fine. Lots of healthy growth. You mentioned "moving" the trays to the tub to soon , but not sure where you moved them from. I personally go from colonized sub straight bag to casing to green house. I can't say 100% but I have seen that yellow a few times before and every single time I saw it it went away when I increased my fresh air.

Thanks Trentallica,
I had these trays set aside and covered until the mycelium colonized the coir. Since this is my first time growing bulk in coir from grain I wasn't sure if this colonized coir looked ok. Thanks for the input!

my bulk substrate is 2 parts manure, 1 part vermiculite, .20 part soaked wild bird seed and a touch of this and that. the muchrooms respond very well to manure. also just an fyi. i had to use cow manure for a short time and horse manure grows noticeably stronger results. my casing is 100% coco coir. pasteurized in a microwave. i dont care how many people argur coco coir is not technically a casing. fuck them. it works awesome and i NEVER have to deal with lime or gypsum, or any kind of buffer ever. the aggument is coco cior has trace nutrition so it cant be a casing. well tell that to the last 500 casings i have done that worked perfect.

It looks good to me man sub looks a little wet but at this stage in the game I it's actually better to be wet. Interesting way of doing a tray :P kinda like mine but using a mini mono haha. I bet it'll be good just gotta be patient..

Monos with trays do great shit. Just give it time.
