Does anyone else get leg cramps? I sleep pretty well for the most part but sometimes I shoot out if bed to hop and stretch my lower legs and feet.
I am sure diet, exercise, hydration etc. play a role but I am prone to these regardless. I have heard people recommend magnesium for this and am curious if anyone has had luck with it or any other treatment. These crapms definitely inhibit quality sleep.

They already have pretty damn intense Kratom extracts that would probably not be much different that what you are talking about.
They are super taxed though and unregulated since sold "not for human consumption" I would love to see kratom used clinically here.
Too bad pharma companies would never allow it, unless they found a way to monopolize it somehow
Big pharma should get in on that. Its an opiate that you can't OD on. That could be a goldmine right there.

I bet you could OD on extracts though, since they can be so potent.
A big part of why its hard to "od" on is probably partly due to the fact you have to eat so much powder leaf to do it.
And generally when people do "od" it just makes them sick and they throw up
But with an extract it might be possible to eat such a large dose at once you would be in danger. Might depend on you opiate tolerance really. Someone without any opiate tolerance could probably die from taking a large kratom extract dose at once, a dose that say a heroin addict might need to even get a buzz/ fix I am looking forward to more research being done in the future.

Yeah cramps can be due to magnesium deficiency as well. See the magnesium oil I linked earlier, that will likely solve your problem.

KnyggaPlease said: Benzos are rhe worst solution.
Yeah but they work and I was having trouble sleep after doing MDMA that was probably laced with amphetamine so my friend gave me one of his sleeping pills they're called amitriptyline and it worked great but had a mild hangover effect in the morning.
They work and then you get addicted to benzos and then you can't sleep without them. Then you are addicted to benzos. Worst solution. Take a benzo one night when you can't sleep coming down from a trip ? sure. Take them just because you can't sleep? Bad idea. Same with sleeping pills. But benzos are far worse.
I agree with this.
Iv been taking dph for the last 6 years to help me fall asleep, it works but its hard to break the regiment. Its actually quite easy to fall asleep imhe if you exhaust your body through exercise and nourish it properly.
Benzos and anything gaba related when used on a daily basis is a BAD BAD idea.

I saw your magnseium suggestion in my other thread. It works wonders. Using it everyday is pointless, but 2-3 days a week seems to make a difference
Magneisum has helped quite a bit. So has meditation. I think the two main things holding me back are caffiene and my lack of excercise. I cannot excercise for a while to my back. I guess the only "natural choices" would be to fix those
And IME magnesium oil (shroomism suggeted earlier) really helps with that. Its great every few days I think daily is unessacary

OP, I seriously suggest again considering giving agomelatine a try. I've had quite bad insomnia for the best part of my life and nothing has been as effective for inducing side effect free restful sleep.

I already looked it up on wiki and I assumed it was a prescription chemical and looked no further
That being said, my brief readup on the drug seems to indicate it is quite useful. If it is THAT useful then I will consider getting a prescription
Please let me know if there are any other ways to aqucire it

Yeah daily is overkill.. 2-3 times a week is more than enough IMO. Sometimes I only use it once every week or two, or whenever I feel like I need it.

I have trouble as well with sleep. I used to tolerate benadryl and then something happened where that shit gave me the worst restless leg syndrome. Basically all over the counter shit is like taking tick tacs for me.
I use valerian root a lot. I have my GABA binges and that shit is a life saver for me.
When I'm not using anything I buy the Dollar Store Zzquil that has doxylamine succinate in it. They used to carry one with just DXM and Doxy but recently all they have is the one with tylenol in it too.. which i hate but it works.. That doesn't make me fucking get the RLS. I also have found random drinks at the 99 cent store for sleep. These one shots were called sleepy shots and had GABA and some other shit in them. They gave me insane dreams. haha...
Believe it or not these Neuro drinks actually work! I bought one because I was hoping it had some GABA in it but saw it didn't still bought it. After drinking it I was legit yawning and ready for sleep but fought it off because I really was just trying to relax...

I'd combo the Doxylamine with one of those sleep drinks and you will be out like a light. The only negative is you get vivid dreams with any GABAergic.

the dosages in those drinks are miniscule. the only thing that might be active is melatonin. we dont know how much is in there, but its probably at least 1mg which is sufficient. all we know is the total ammount of their "proprietary blend" is only 55mg. which is too low for for theanine to have an effect, and the effects of the 5-HTP would also be negligable
those drinks are a massive waste of money

My ex use to buy and drink them even though she was in her mid 20's and living with her dad in a cheap ass apartment complex
She also was super into diet sodas and gum no matter how much stuff I told her about what was in them

Bullshit.
What's bullshit? Explain yourself. http://www.cnelm.com/NutritionPractitioner/Issues/Issue_11_1/Articles/7%20Transdermal%20Mg%20revised2.pdf
Topical application of magnesium works completely differently than oral. Your body is not going to consume excessive amounts of magnesium through the skin in the way that it does with oral supplementation. www.ancient-minerals.com/transdermal-magnesium/how-topical/
