Zooming into the photo with MSPaint won't show make the number plate in the background visible.
I thought it was a funny suggestion....

isnt a pixel a pixel a pixel?
if the license plate is too fuzzy too see when zoomed in either way, what does it matter wether you use photoshop or mspaint?
im seriously asking, not trying to be a dick. im just not that well versed as some people may be in editing pictures and things

It doesn't matter what program you use, thats why it was a funny suggestion since you told him to try zoom in to read it.
MSPaint just made it more entertaining to read.
Not hating on MSPaint brother ....

ah i gotcha. thats exactly what i was thinking.
as a general question to anyone who could maybe answer: is it actually possible to "enhance" an image to make something more visible than it was in the raw data? it seems like it would be impossible, cause if the data isnt there in the first place, how do you make a picture more defined?

Guess it'd depend on how many megapixels or even gigapixels the image would have

I never knew about this gimp thing I need to try this. I have been using paint.net which is ok but some pretty key features are lacking. Very easy to use tho, beats MSP, and also free. Also I don't understand why they call it paint.net it isn't a website even connected to them it redirects to a paint company, but the program is called paint.net. Anyways it is a good alternative.
