If anyone has done invitro grows with plastic containers or just have experience shaking in general, lol.
4 of my quart jars are 33-40% colonized. Substrate is rgs. Should I shake then to encourage myc. Expansion?

I'm considering even just shaking one and leaving the other 3 be if I don't hear from a TC.

I would have shaken it because it's not gonna do you any harm whatsoever "especially since you seem so worried" but if your that iffy over it just give it 3 or 4 more days and you'll know it's time to shake by then without anyone having to tell you.

Lol, thank you for pointing out my worries. it's more, lack of experience. I've heard both sides of the coin that shaking has been detrimental to some grows, but I've also heard that it's helped some as well. So thought I'd ask for advice. It's appreciated

There is however a point of diminishing returns when it comes to shaking. But since you have a nice size spot of uncolonized grain, I would definitely shake that jar.
