ID Request and random pictures

Species 1 Habitat: Possibly growing out of buried wood, next to a creek, probably deciduous wood. Southeastern PA

Gills: Black/brown, attatched, gills/pores, etc.

Stem: 7cm x 50mm, brown/tan, fibrous, partially hollow,
Cap: 3cm, brown, conical

Spore print color: Black
Bruising: seems to bruise brownish
Species 2

Habitat: Growing out of a decaying deciduous log in a wooded creek area, Southeastern PA
Don't have too much info, i just snapped a quick shot because i was in a rush
Species 3:


Habitat: Growing out of a decaying deciduous log in a wooded creek area, southeastern PA
Gills: decurrent, white
Cap: probably about 12-15cm
Spore print: it seemed to be dropping white spores all around it. I didn't collect it so I'm not positive.
Species 4: Mycena Leaiana?

Habitat: Decaying deciduous log, wooded creek area
Cap: orange, about 1cm
Stem: about 2.5cm, very thin, it left orange stuff on my fingers after handling it.
Spore print: white

Thanks! Oh man, those were chicken of the woods? First time i've run into those. They were covered in bugs so i didn't miss out by not collecting any.

I can see all the bugs. They taste great if you catch them young and clean, though.
I do have to warn you to try a small bit. They caused me a tad of diarrhea the first time. Maybe I undercooked them, because of their thickness and density.
They won't hurt you, but I've also heard other reports of them not sitting well with other people. Just cook them well and try a small amount the first few times. It's so much easier to learn from others mistakes.

Yeah, i just read that they don't sit well with some people. I'll take your advice next time i see them and try a small amount. At least I have a known spot for them now!
