Haha it gives you the illusion though. My routine for shrooming is to make the tea, at night, turn on black lights and have blacklight posters and trip toys and lights out when I'm ready. But first, drink the tea, put mindfold on and sit or lay in my bed with pillows. Pillows are keyyyy. And yes play nature sounds. I prefer Johnnie Lawson on youtube. He's got some good stuff.

Then I just meditate with the mindfold on for awhile.. I usually make another 2 gram tea or so after a hour or two and repeat. Once I've had a good meditation session and my eyes need a change, I usually put on a nature documenary like planet earth. This seems to be my routine lately. Just lovely

Be careful with binaural beats. They tend to intensify everything.. but in a good way sometimes haha

Grow your own shrooms first. Start low with dosages. As an older man, your mind is a lot more complex and therefore more sensitive to the introspection. Start low, meditate in the dark with nature sounds, binaural beats or just silence. I like to use the mindfold to meditate and get really far out there. Supremely spiritual experiences. I would start there IMO. then come back...

I plan on starting a grow soon. I intend on using the PF tek. Recommended?

Definitely. Super easy. Just be super sterile. But a legit pressure cooker and a legit dehydrator.  I buy spore from spore depot. Follow the how to grow videos and the shea's pf tek grow done right thread. My first grow following these methods, I had about 70 grams from 9 cakes. It is really easy if you are willing to pay attention and keep conditions correct.

Feel free to PM me if you want specific details. Good luck!
