Hyphal knots, Aerial mycelium, or Bacterial contam

So I have one cake in my sgfc currently that is puzzling me. It had very rapid growth originally which I believed to be hyphal knots. After later examination I was considering that the growth may be aerial mycelium. Finally after doing a bit more searching on the forums I considered the possibility I may be looking at a bacterial contamination. I am undecided on which of the three I am looking at here. Can any of my vets give me some insight into this. I've already looked at multiple threads as well as the what it should look like and what it shouldn't look like page. My cake seems to be in an intermediate zone between those pictures that has me baffled. Any help is appreciated! Thanks gang!

It looks good to me bro. Just be patient. It might be telling you it needs more fae or its just genetics. Even if it were bacteria which I highly doubt it is, it'll still push out a few flushes no problem. Just keep doing what you're doing cause in the pics it looks happy.

Thanks for the reassurance man! I figured I was being paranoid. Never hurts to get a second opinion!

RogerRabbit, bodhisatta, and many others on this site say that's a response to bacteria in the cake. Search the forums, you'll find the info.

Yea those look a little unhealthy. Not a case to toss yet chances are they'll pin. Take a picture of your whole fruiting chamber those look unhappy

I just wanted to go ahead and update this thread. I've posted about these three old refrigerated cakes I put into my sgfc a couple of times now. The results have been awful. Two out of the three cakes I placed in the chamber looked like the original picture. One of them fruited, but the fruits kept growing black spots on the caps so I tossed the cake. The other cake that didn't have strange looking growth fruited, but has many aborts and weak stringy growth. The original cake in the above picture never fruited. These cakes were in my refrigerator for around 5 months. During that period of time they were knocked over in the fridge and developed some discoloration that looked like bruising. I decided to give them a shot anyways and like I said, awful results. I didn't have high hopes for these cakes or anything, but the poor results have brought my spirits down and instilled worry about my chamber and techniques. I have 16 cakes almost ready to get a bath. My poor heart can't afford any failure from these. So I quickly wanted to check on some worries I currently have with you guys. This is my current setup.
 1. Is the size of my sgfc an issue? It's a tad bit smaller than some of the others I've seen. I used a different sgfc in my previous grow that was larger and had a slightly different hole config. then what is recommended with excellent results. 2. The lighting I'm using is under the recommended intensity. It is a cheap basic bar fluorescent light. I have another light that I used in my prior grow that attaches awkwardly to this chamber. I can figure something out if my lighting is a major issue though. 3. Like I had previously stated, one of my cakes has many aborts as well as weak stringy growth. This cake has caused the most worry for me because it didn't have weird looking growth like the other two (although it was the most discolored coming out of the fridge). I know that this can be caused by a lack of FAE. This chamber is built to spec for hole placement and size so I don't see how that could be the case. I mist two-three times a day and fan afterwards. I try to spray a good amount of water directly on the perlite once a week to rehydrate it. What are some other possibilities for stringy weak growth? Could the relatively normal looking cake have succumb to bacterial infection as well like some have suggested about the cake featured above? I can snap a picture really fast if anyone is curious about what it looks like currently. Just let me know.
Thank you guys so much for your help. I'm still just a newby trying to hone in on his technique, but I have learned a lot from you guys and I really appreciate it.
