How to clean a wild print

Hey guys, so I've been hunting the search function for the last hour and had fuck all luck.
I've got a cyan print which I need to clean. What i've read is basically you transfer the spores to agar, then cut out wedges from non infected sections and transfer to fresh agar until you have a fresh culture?
Is there a tek for this somewhere or is that it?
My other question is once you clean a print on agar and have an agar dish with mycelium, is it somehow possible to then transfer some of the mycelium to a LC? The reason i ask is i'd like to make LC's so i could inoculate cakes with the specimen that was once contaminated. I just tried it and have had 100% contam rate so want to find out how to clean up the front and then get it into a syringe.
Thanks for the help guys, just having no luck with the search function

Keep transferring from the leading edge until your plates grow out clean.
You can drop a clean wedge into LC, but you need to use a SAB or flowhood and be sure of your sterile procedure.

Check this out:

And for the LC, just drop a clean wedge into your LC in a clean environment.

Thank you sir. We're you going to crumble the cakes, or top fruit?

I don't know how well they'll do as cakes. However, search "pan cakes" by a member named MacMerdin. Pretty good read
