Thanks for the reply's, got out off rehab a couple months ago without much luck from it. So going for a different approach, as personally I believe spiritualty has the biggest impact on addiction. Sick off the impact it has, could write a book on the devastating effects drugs have. Actually really looking forward to the trip although anxious at the same time. Shall let you all know how it goes

If going the silent route use earplugs they help block out the little sounds your house makes or a car door which causes anxiety (it does for me)

Very nice tip earplugs sound perfect, can imagine the impact small noises would have, have never tripped in silence before so willing to give it a go.

Yea stopped meth too with shrooms , and a little more organisation in my life . at some point you get sick of it and the shrooms helps you to change that old mindset
the mushroom definitely have some good things to say to you but only if you really want to listen

Be warned bro, stop expecting/ or don't expect anything from the trip. Don't be excited, don't be worried. Just do it and go with the flow. The more you hype
it up to yourself, the more you think about it (the trip), the more of an expectation you are putting onto it. I have done this several times and just
been devastated when I didn't have any sort of spiritual or whatever you want to call it, kind of trip.
-------------------- Just remember keep the camera rolling and FILM THE POLICE!!! CLICK ME WHO'S SIDE ARE YOU ON? CLICK ME TOO! Let it go and you will trip into wonderland!

Good advice. Dose high, meditate through the trip in the dark and I don't think there's much to be disappointed in. Remember to submit entirely to the mushrooms, let them show you and teach you, remember that you are a passive vessel receiving wisdom and your only job is to accept and experience everything that unfolds, as it unfolds. Do not try to guide or control the experience, just passively submit to it and let everything flow through your relaxed body. If they show you something unpleasant remember this:
“I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.”
I highly recommend meditating beforehand, if you're even moderately experienced at meditating, psychedelics are a lot more reliable in terms of delivering the goods. If you've never meditated, try just focusing on taking slow, deep, calming breaths, breathing in positive energy and exhaling the negative.
