What is going on here. To much light? The leaves feel very damp and rubbery. White fuzz is growing on the top of the soil

The white fuzz on the soil surface is cobweb mould. It's a symptom of poor air circulation. Improving your air flow should correct this.
I'm not sure why the leaves are doing what they are. Maybe it's too high temperature, but I don't know its growing conditions so I can't make a guess. Could be transplant shock. Tips seem healthy which is a good sign, old leaves can drop under stress.

Wow, is this the same cutting you showed from the other thread? They are more curled up than I imagined.
As was mentioned in the other thread, I would move it back out of full sun till it is acclimated. That sudden full sun might have started to bake the thing.
-------------------- One day Alice came to a fork in the road and saw a Cheshire cat in a tree. 'Which road do I take?' she asked. 'Where do you want to go?' was his response. 'I don't know', Alice answered. 'Then', said the cat, 'it doesn't matter.'

If it's in full sun then this may be the problem. The plant is only new to your home, it's been in transit and has come from a previous environment. It may be in shock and the last thing you should do is expose it to strong conditions. A new plant to your garden should be placed in a well lit, shady position for a few days to a week before slowly acclimatising it to its new conditions. This gives the plant time to adjust.

Well it has been raining constantly so I figured it was not getting enough light so I put a light fixture pointing at it and the next day it was curled.

The sun shines even when its overcast. That is definite light burn. Put a fan blowing gently to get rid of the mold, and keep it in the shade.
