Color of the print shown matches Agrocybe, the tint being described by some as "tobacco brown".
Even if the other print is darker, it would still have the same tint. Psilocybe spore prints show a purplish-brown tint, however the purple might vary among species. I'm not in ovoid-land so perhaps someone experienced with the species could post an example.
You could of course post a picture of your other print.
In any case, the looks of your mushroom does not resemble a Psilocybe sp., but is rather a textbook example of an Agrocybe sp.
I'm also under the impression that you're not very likely to find P. ovoideocystidiata in someones garden, as it favors riparian woodland. This, of course, depends on where the garden is situated.

Thanks for the full answer. I will post a picture later on. It is not exactly garden. I live in NJ where the properties are not small houses and yards, this is 30acre property with 20 acre forest, it used to be a horse farm. I know that there are only 4 types of magic mushrooms in NJ, at least that is what a website shows. If someone has further information for spring shroom hunting in NJ, do not hesitate and share it here. Thanks!
