so i was wondering if anyone can help me figure out if these are poisonous and what species they are.

Habitat: Found growing on the ground near decaying apple tree stump

Gills:  dark brown with black streaks 

Stem: yellow/ tan

Cap: yellow/light tan/ brown orangish top.

Spore print: brown.

Bruising: brused on rim of cap slightly blue

Location: ohio, near lake erie

Im not a TI but those might maybe be (Coprinellus micaceus)caps or Psyathyrella.) you said it bruised blue around the rim of the cap though so I dunno. Can you take more pics please?

Look's like probably Coprinellus micaceus

They might be edible after cooking or something. Not recommending you to eat them.

Not planing on eating them just want to learn, i will take more pics when i wake up hopefully.

I'd also say  Coprinellus micaceus I see those all over in Michigan.
There common, expect to see them often
