Growth!!- and yet not at the same time
    #2169260 - 12/08/03 05:37 PM (13 years, 2 months ago)

I'm very excited, because now after three weeks of innoculation of my 2 mycobags i am finally seeing significant mycelium growth in one of them. I am worried however because the other bag looks exactly as it did when it came in the mail, I innoculated both bags with exactly the same amount of spore fluid. So if anyone can come up with a reason this is happening or a solution that would be great. Also, does anyone have experience with getting replacement syringes in such situations? Thanks All!

Mycobags may take along time before seeing any colonization, especially if you inoculated towards the center. Just have patience my friend, if one bag made it I'm sure the other one isn't too far behind.

yea man mycobags will test your patience for sure, after you see mycelium developing, crumble it up and spread it around inside the bag amongst the uncolonized substrate, Good Luck!!
