Agrocybe putaminum or similar.......eating advice please

Hey guys I want to eat some A. putaminum in my yard. I got it ID'd on this forum last year and it has reappeared in a different spot this year... I want to eat it if it is edible, but sites say inedible or edibility unknown. Apparently some Agrocybes are poisonous? Do the toxins only cause gastrointestinal distress or do they cause organ damage?
How safe is it to try to eat this species? see link below for an example of someone who has done so. Trouble is there may be very similar species that must be separated by microscopy according to wiki...
I have a busy work week ahead of me so I wont be eating these now, but I am drying some to rehydrate or add to soups, etc.

ill add some photos for ID confirmation very soon as well, although I am pretty confident in my ID having seen these as they developed a year ago.

All Agrocybe species are nontoxic as far as I know. They are easy to confuse with dangerous Inocybe and Galerina species though.

I have been very busy, but here are some photos of the mushrooms in question.

I Dehydrated a lb or two of these guys, they were completely covering my garden in certain spots. I think I may reconstitute and eat them soon. Please confirm my ID and that I am safe eating these without risking permanent damage to my body

btw, these were picked in mid may in NJ, growing from dirt/soil with wood chip mulch in and around it.

Those are Agrocybe, they very well could be A. putaminum which is edible, but is the location they were growing in safe from contaminants? It might be more useful to save them for science, I'm not sure A. putaminum has been recording in your state yet. If you choose to do this label them as well as you can, general location, specific location, date, collector, habitat.

Interesting, I was under the impression that these were a fairly common mushroom. I have found them elsewhere in the state as well. If I can make time I will try to scope and post pics on this thread for you guys.
Those bricks line my garden beds, and I don't spray any chemicals in my garden or on my lawn, so I don't have any reason to believe they are contaminated.

Also, is there a way to search MO for observations statewide?
I see that you can look at observations in a given county, but there are also more specific locations (parks, for instance), within my county that don't show up when I search for locations within the county.

My understanding is that its an European species that was first spread presumably with wood chips to the western united states and has since been moving east probably with our help (Although I'm not sure how many of these collections have actually been studied carefully). However there are other similar Agrocybe species out east that it could be potentially confused with, Agrocybe are rather understudied even though they are common like many other lbms (Little brown mushrooms). Since many of them look rather similar, takes careful microscopy to distinguish them and the DNA work done has been limited. Perhaps with more work we can learn enough about their ranges and macroscopy to distinguish most of them out in the field. Sadly the only comprehensive work on them that I know about is European (Flora Agaricina Neerlandica vol 6), but since many of them appear cosmopolitan it often works out.

Fucking cool now I want to contribute. Been meaning to get back into microscopy

If you or anyone else needs references feel free to pm me, if you need microscopy advice making a thread in the microscopy forum or even in here often works out well. Also reading this book will help a lot even though its old.

I find having a paper copy is rather helpful, but there are also digital copies.
