Harvested. Safe To eat?

I just came back from an intense meditation retreat and at home a harvest was waiting for me!!!! Are this babies safe to eat? A lot more fruited from the side or bottom ( yes I know i forgot to cover up the light exposure there)...on the bottum there was an excess amount of water. Probably 1/5 of an inch...and im scared that water could have contaminated the fruits? Some of them are a bit slimy on top of caps. is this normal? I just stuck them all in my food dehydrator! thank u in advance
OOOO ALSOOO. so there is a picture of my sub now broken up after I harvested, there is still little little aborts on it I didnt take out. is this sub usable anymore? can I try to make it fruit again indoors or my only hope is just to bury it in the ground outside and maybe some will come in the future?

Yeah they're safe. Light exposed to the sides doesn't cause that. It's 99% surface humidity from the sides. Don't want side pins? Use a liner to stick to the sides for no side climate or have the surface get 99% humidity. Sometimes misting it will make the surface better.
Slimy fruits are fine and still edible.
Substrate should be fine to push out another flush.

You will likely die if you eat those.
Just kidding. But my god that is a hell of a lot of spores

Haha yeah I've noticed that too. I always wondered why people say spores make them taste crappie. I always just thought they tasted bad haha. With less open caps you have more stems and imo stems just taste bad with or without spores haha. Different strokes for different folks
